Apartments in Le Marche
On the ground floor of the country house you will find a spacious apartment, Le Avellane, consisting of a living room/kitchen with 2 separate beds, a large bedroom with super kingsize bed, a bathroom, a private terrace and garden.
The former hay barn has been made into three apartments, each with its own veranda, an “open space” living room/kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor a double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. Each apartment has its own colour and is named after its position towards the sun: Aurora, Mezzogiorno and Tramonto (respectively sunrise, midday and sunset).
Apartment Vellaneta: on the first floor of the country house with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, a spacious bathroom, TV and DVD, a dining room, a kitchen, and a private terrace and garden on the ground floor.
In off-season this apartment will be available as a one bedroom apartment with an extra sitting room for a 3 night minimum stay on B/B basis.
For our guests
All our guests have at their disposal a spacious, well furnished salon on the ground floor, with a library, a piano, a fireplace and several cosy angles to relax or read, a dining table for cool evenings. The salon leads to a wide veranda, that offers a magnificent view of the mountains and the garden.
Towards evening, while enjoying a glass of chilled wine, it is the perfect place to watch a beautiful sunset. There is also a panoramic swimming pool with a solar shower, a jeu-de-boule (pétanque), an archery field, a barbecue, free WI-FI, and a laundry room for washing and ironing, a parking place.
Would you like to have lunch or dinner here? Your Italian host, Alessandro, is a passionate cook who loves to prepare typical, local dishes, a pizza or a barbecue.
It is also possibile to participate in an Italian cooking workshop: you will learn how to make your own pasta, the secrets of a good risotto, some delicious desserts and of course a taste of good regional Marche wines.

Apartment Aurora
These three apartements all look out over the garden and the pool.
In Aurora you can enjoy the morning sun, its colours are lavender and light green.
Apartment Mezzogiorno
This is the coolest apartment, perfect for hot summer days, and somewhat larger than the other two. It catches the midday sun, and its colours are lavender and pink.
Apartment Tramonto
This apartment will give you the afternoon and evening sun, and its colours are deep lavender with yellow.
Le Avellane
This roomy apartment has a living/kitchen with two separate single beds, a large bedroom with super kingsize bed, a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, a private terrace and garden.
Apartment Vellaneta
On the first floor of the house with large bedroom, a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, a sitting room with TV and DVD, a dining room, a kitchen, private terrace and garden.
